At Bitblinks (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing clear and transparent refund and cancellation policies to ensure our users have a seamless experience. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

  1. General Policy

Given the nature of digital assets and financial transactions, all cryptocurrency transactions processed through www.bitblinks.com are final and irreversible. Bitblinks does not generally offer refunds once a transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain.

  1. Deposit Refunds

Deposits made via supported cryptocurrencies or payment gateways are non-refundable. However, exceptions may apply in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments made in error.
  • Incorrect payment amounts resulting in overpayment.
  • Unsuccessful transactions where funds were deducted but not credited to the user account.

To request a refund under these conditions, users must:

  • Contact our support team at payments@bitblinks.com within 7 days of the transaction.
  •  Provide detailed transaction information, including wallet addresses, transaction IDs, and

supporting evidence.

Refunds are subject to investigation and may take up to 14 business days to process.

  1. Withdrawal Cancellations

Withdrawals that have been processed and confirmed on the blockchain are irreversible. Users are responsible for ensuring their wallet addresses and withdrawal details are correct before submitting a request.

In the event of an error, please contact support@bitblinks.com immediately. We will attempt to assist if the transaction has not yet been processed.

  1. Reward & Bonus Refunds
  • Bonuses, promotions, and referral rewards offered by Bitblinks are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • In the case of a system error or fraudulent activity, Bitblinks reserves the right to revoke or adjust reward allocations.
  1. Service Cancellation

If you wish to discontinue using our services, you may:

  • Request account closure by emailing info@bitblinks.com.
  • Clear all pending transactions before the account is closed.

Please note that account closure may result in the loss of any unused points, bonuses, or rewards.

  1. Fraudulent or Suspicious Activities

Bitblinks reserves the right to:

  • Decline refund requests involving fraudulent activities.
  • Freeze or terminate accounts suspected of violating our Terms of Service.
  1. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refund requests may take up to 14 business days to be processed. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or wallet address wherever possible. Bitblinks is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.
